Senior Savannah Remkus, an Illinois State University gymnastics commit, is a self starter who likes the challenge of staying on top of her school work while also doing gymnastics., “Juggling school and sports forces me to be a self starter and get my work done,” Remkus said. Remkus works well independently and she works hard to produce quality assignments. She spends most of her time outside of school practicing gymnastics, but also has an interest in photography. In the fall she will be attending ISU and hopes to major in marketing. This is her first year as a reporter for the Clarionette.
