Lana Esparza is a senior at University High School in journalism who loves to tell stories with a camera in her hand and a soccer ball at her foot! Lana loves to turn her everyday life into a vlog, whether it’s a soccer trip or taking candid photos of her friends. Her creativity expands beyond her digital camera into content creation for TikTok, where she entertains her audience with fun dances, a “get ready with me” segment, hauls, and fit checks. When Lana isn’t crafting content you can catch her on the soccer field balling out with her best friends. She will be continuing her academic and athletic career at the University of Illinois Chicago. Lana has an eye for detail and a love for documenting the little things in life. 

As a journalism student, she is excited to document the big and small stories, especially the special ones that students will look back on and smile years later. She loves highlighting the little details and special moments through photography, whether it’s sporting events, U-High traditions, or shows in Stroud!
